Keep it respectful
Use respectful names, usernames and profile photos. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, graphic violence and impersonation are not allowed, in words or in images. Do not use someone else’s photo or identity, or share their private information.
Keep it your own
Record your own visits and plans, and respect other members’ choices about who they connect with. Predictions are for points and friendly competition. ClubPark does not accept bets or offer cash prizes.
Speak to us
Use Report or block in the app to report or block a member, or email clubparkapp@gmail.com to report a concern or appeal a decision. To report a profile photo, choose Other concern. We filter profile text and review reports, including reported photos. We may remove a profile name or photo, end connections or suspend social features. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
Reports are private to the service operator. Reporting does not automatically suspend someone. Blocking takes effect immediately and can be reversed in Account settings.
